What type of transfers do you specialise in?
We arrive very late at night / early in the morning. Will you still send a driver to pick us up?
Yes, we operate a 24-hour service, so your driver will wait for you no matter how late or early you arrive.
Where do I meet my driver after landing?
The Meeting Point is specified at the time of your booking and in the email confirmation. Normally, it is the arrivals hall at airports or ports.
What if I cannot find my driver?
Please call our 24-hour line on +44 (0) 1428 60 60 90 quoting your reference number or your full name and we will be happy to help.
What if my flight is delayed / lands early? Will our driver still be there?
We work on the basis of actual arrival times, we monitor all incoming flights and our drivers will know if your flight lands early or if is delayed.
Will I be charged more if my flight is delayed?
No, you will not be charged extra. We monitor all flight arrivals and hence dispatch our drivers on the basis of the real-time flight information.
Are your quoted prices fixed prices?
Yes, they are except in certain, rare circumstances, when our driver had to wait longer than the allocated free waiting time.
How can I pay for this service?
We accept all major credit cards as payment (credit card payments are subject to a processing fee) or you can pay your driver directly.
Do I need to pay in advance?
No, you do not need to pay in advance. You can choose to pay on arrival.
Are there any additional costs on top of the quoted price?
There is an extra charge of 5.00 GBP per every 15 minute for any waiting after 45 minute free waiting time form the time of landing, for diversions, a minimum charge of 5.00 GBP applies. There is also a charge for extra passengers or luggage and any vehicle upgrades.
How much in advance do I need to book my car?
The earlier you book the better. We recommend that you book 2 - 7 days prior to your journey. However, should you make a last minute booking, we can often send a car within 30 minutes of your booking upon the availability.
What happens if my flight is cancelled?
Please contact us as soon as possible on +44 (0) 1428 60 60 90. Since we monitor all incoming flights, we will not have dispatched a driver. Your transfer order will be placed on hold and you can re-book your transfer at no extra cost.
